What data I collect, why, and what you can ask me. In short: very little, and none of it shared with third parties.
This site uses no cookies, loads nothing from external services and does not profile its visitors. The only personal data I collect is what you write to me in the contact form.
Like any web server, mine logs the requests it receives. For each visit it stores:
This data stays on my servers, is not sent to any external service, and its only purpose is statistical: understanding which pages are read and improving the site. It is not linked to your identity and does not allow you to be profiled.
If you fill in the contact form, I receive:
They serve one purpose: replying to you. The message reaches me by email and is not stored in any database belonging to this site.
To send the form you must tick the consent box. That consent is verified by the server, not just by the browser: without it the message is not sent.
This site sets no cookies at all. You will find no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts and images are hosted on this same server. There are no requests to Google Fonts, Google Maps or external content delivery networks, so no third party receives your IP address while you read these pages.
Server logs are kept for as long as is needed for statistics and in any case no longer than the law requires. Emails you have sent me are kept for as long as is needed to handle our correspondence.
Nobody. Your data stays with NDATECH. It is never passed on or sold to third parties, except where expressly required by law.
Under Regulation (EU) 679/2016 you have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, restriction of processing, erasure or portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
